What You’ll Be Doing- Operate and support production activities on wash plant, crushing plant, and jaw plants.
- Perform ground labor including cleanup, maintenance, and assisting equipment operators as needed.
- Support and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Assist with plant inspections, identifying issues, and communicating needed repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance, and efficient daily operations.
- Ability to interpret technical information and apply strong practical problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced operational environments and comfort working in field or plant settings.
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities for process or equipment improvements.
- Mechanical aptitude and/or fabrication skills (considered an asset but not required).
- Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $46.12 to $46.12 per hour
