** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate and support production activities on wash plant, crushing plant, and jaw plants.
* Perform ground labor including cleanup, maintenance, and assisting equipment operators as needed.
* Support and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
* Assist with plant inspections, identifying issues, and communicating needed repairs or adjustments.
* Maintain a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance, and efficient daily operations.
** What We Are Looking For
*** Ability to interpret technical information and apply strong practical problem‑solving skills.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
* Adaptability to fast‑paced operational environments and comfort working in field or plant settings.
* Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities for process or equipment improvements.
* Mechanical aptitude and/or fabrication skills (considered an asset but not required).
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $46.12 to $46.12 per hour
