Wet Noses Natural Dog Treat Company, LLC is a premier manufacturer and marketer of branded and private-label pet treats in the US. We operate out of an 80,000 square foot, SQF III certified facility and produce USDA organic branded and private label pet treats for F50 clients.

To perform the job of Packing Machine Operator successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Set up, operate, and maintain industrial packaging machinery in a food production environment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, including but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
- Read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and work orders to safely operate and maintain equipment.
- Identify mechanical issues by observing machines in operation, listening for irregularities, and using precision tools or gauges to verify alignment and performance.
- Remove defective parts using approved tools and reassemble equipment after inspection or repair.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning in accordance with company maintenance schedules and safety policies.
- Follow all company training, safety, and lockout/tagout procedures when performing maintenance or repairs.
- Operate equipment only when trained and authorized by the Packing Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance performed, production activity, and any irregularities observed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow between shifts.
- Support quality control by inspecting packaging, labeling, and product integrity throughout runs.
- Assist the Packing team with manual packaging or line support tasks when machines are running efficiently.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety and sanitation expectations.

- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Understanding of basic mechanical principles and inspection methods.
- Familiarity with industrial or food manufacturing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent in attendance and performance.
- Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification through Wet Noses.
- Adaptable to changing production needs and flexible to work overtime as required.
