Packing Lead

Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Full-Time

, we bake human-grade, organic dog treats with the same care we’d give our own food. As our Packing Lead
, you’ll help drive daily packing operations, lead a diverse team, and play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality treats to pups nationwide.

You’ll support the Packing Manager in running a smooth and efficient shift by:

Owning the Floor: Managing schedules, team breaks, and packing workflow to meet production goals

Supporting Equipment: Operating and troubleshooting packing equipment and handling mechanical issues swiftly

Maintaining Communication: Collaborating with production, quality, and leadership teams to keep operations aligned

Driving Quality: Enforcing HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols while keeping a close eye on codes and packaging standards

Developing the Team: Coaching and training team members, ensuring they understand safety, quality, and efficiency expectations

Promoting Inclusion: Creating a respectful, supportive environment—especially for team members who face language barriers

Leading Safely: Reinforcing safety procedures, reporting incidents, and fostering a safety-first mindset

Building Culture: Encouraging teamwork, accountability, and pride in a job well done

Proven leadership skills—you know how to motivate and guide people

Solid experience in packing, production, or food manufacturing is a plus but NOT required

Adaptability and sensitivity to working with a multilingual team

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Forklift, pallet jack, and scale certification (or willingness to obtain)
