** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate heavy equipment to support production, loading, and material movement
* Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
* Maintain steady material flow to meet operational and production goals
* Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures at all times
* Collaborate with team members to keep the site running efficiently and safely
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate industrial or heavy equipment
* Strong safety awareness and commitment to following procedures
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment issues
* Dependable, team-oriented approach with clear communication skills
* Willingness and capability to learn site processes and equipment operation
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $46.12 to $46.12 per hour
