** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support equipment reliability
* Load, unload, and move materials using loaders and other mobile equipment
* Follow production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
* Complete daily reports and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
** What Are We Looking For
*** Background in mechanical, construction, or mining environments preferred
* Strong focus on safety practices and compliance in an industrial setting
* Reliable team player with clear communication and problem solving skills
* Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing production needs
* Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post offer pre employment physical examination, drug alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $46.12 to $46.12 per hour
