Plant Operator

What You’ll Be Doing

Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support equipment reliability

Load, unload, and move materials using loaders and other mobile equipment

Follow production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards

Complete daily reports and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Background in mechanical, construction, or mining environments preferred

Strong focus on safety practices and compliance in an industrial setting

Reliable team player with clear communication and problem solving skills

Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing production needs

Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug and alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

$46.12 to $46.12 per hour
