What You'll Do

Operate or set up CNC/NC machines
Produce precision aerospace components
Read blueprints and work instructions
Inspect parts using measuring tools
Maintain quality and safety standards

Choose Your Schedule

Day Shift

Monday–Thursday: 4:30 AM–3:00 PM or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Night Shift

Monday–Thursday: 4:30 PM–3:00 AM or 6:00 PM–4:30 AM
+$4.00/hr shift differential

Weekend Day Shift

Friday–Sunday: 4:30 AM–5:00 PM
Work 36 hours, get paid for 40
+$2.00/hr shift differential

Weekend Night Shift

Friday–Sunday: 5:00 PM–4:30 AM
Work 33 hours, get paid for 40
+$4.00/hr shift differential

We're Looking For

Machine Operators

6+ months of machine operation experience or a machining certificate
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

CNC Machinists

3+ years of CNC machining experience
Blueprint reading and inspection experience
Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and basic G & M codes
