Material Coordinator III

A well-established and growing manufacturing company in Monroe, WA is looking to bring on an experienced Material Coordinator III to support warehouse, inventory, and production operations. This team plays a key role in producing bike racks used on public transit buses across the country—meaning your work directly contributes to infrastructure used nationwide.

Job Duties:

Move, stage, and deliver materials throughout the warehouse and production areas to keep production running smoothly
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to safely transport materials
Perform cycle counts, track inventory, and help resolve material or inventory discrepancies
Work closely with production and warehouse teams to make sure materials are available when needed
Help maintain an organized, safe workspace while supporting 5S, quality, and continuous improvement efforts

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm

Pay: $26.00- $31.00 per hour

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in material handling, warehouse coordination, Water Spider, or a similar role
7+ years of experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
Experience with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and computerized inventory or ERP systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable being active throughout the shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
