Machine Operator I

Pro Logistix is seeking Machine Operators I to join a production team in Monroe, WA. This role supports all facets of metal fabrication and warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient production flow.

• Monday – Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM
• Pay range: $20–$24 per hour

• Candidates must complete an interview with the client prior to placement

• Operate machinery
  :
  Run punch presses, CNC mills, CNC benders, band saws, drill presses, and similar equipment.
• Material handling
  :
  Load/unload raw materials, stage work-in-process parts, and maintain organized work areas.
• Quality checks
  :
  Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Blueprint reading
  :
  Interpret technical drawings to execute fabrication designs accurately.
• Safety compliance
  :
  Follow OSHA standards, complete equipment inspections, and use PPE consistently.
• Continuous improvement
  :
  Participate in Kaizen events and suggest process improvements.

• 1+ years in a metal fabrication or warehouse environment preferred
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometers)
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted (more with assistance)
• High school diploma or GED required
