Job Title

Administrative Supervisor – Nursing Department, Evergreen Health Monroe, Part‑Time, Night Shift, Posted 08/27/2025.

Sign‑On Bonus

This position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus of up to $15,000 for candidates new to Evergreen Health Monroe.

Wage Range

$43.34 – $80.20 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation such as shift differentials and premiums may be available.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  • Provide nursing care from neonatal to geriatric patients as directed by medical staff.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
  • Float to designated departments to meet patient census and provide break relief to RNs and shift coordinators.
  • Coordinate patient and family education.
  • Participate with provider partners and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and patient advocacy.
  • Monitor patient status, provide staff support, mentor for positive outcomes, and report adverse outcomes.
  • Maintain annual nursing competency skills.
  • Perform any other work‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing school and current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), NIHSS Stroke certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) as required by defined timelines.

Minimum of 3 years experience in emergency/critical or acute care nursing.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills, with competency in cardiac monitoring.

Work Environment & Hazards

Risk of exposure to communicable disease and injury from lifting patients and operating equipment.

Physical Demands

Lifting up to 50 pounds, transporting patients, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling. Walks and stands for most of the day.

Clinical Nurse Manager.
