• Assist residents with medication assistance/administration, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living and ADLs.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing.
