Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our acute care team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong clinical skills. As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and documenting patient progress using Cerner.

- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care accurately and completely in the electronic health record (Cerner).
- Respond to patient emergencies and provide necessary interventions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
