Detox Registered Nurse Opportunity – Full Time (0.8) – Monroe Location

Sign‑On Bonus available up to $15,000.

Fairfax Behavioral Health, founded in the 1930’s, serves the behavioral health needs of the Greater Puget Sound area. We provide evidence‑based treatment through inpatient and outpatient services with a focus on patient‑centered care.

Registered Nurses promote and restore patient health by: completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members. Shift: 8‑hour shifts – Full time (0.8 FTE).

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (AA/BSN) and current license to practice nursing in Washington State.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De‑Escalation certifications during Fairfax new hire training.
