$55–$65/hr DOE

We’re hunting for another unicorn. Specifically: a field lead who’s run dual rotary, mud rotary, and cable tool — and has worked municipal and industrial projects, both new construction and rehabilitation.

That combination is rare. If it’s you, we want to talk.

• Hands‑on lead experience across all three methods (dual rotary, mud rotary, cable tool)
• Municipal and industrial drilling experience, including rehabilitation work
• CDL‑A or CDL‑B with a clean driving record
• Washington drilling license, or able to obtain one within 6 months of hire
• Positive attitude — we have a great crew and we mean to keep it that way

• $55–$65/hr DOE
  , weekly direct deposit

• 401(k): $1-for-$1 match on the first 1%, then $0.50-per-$1 on the next 6%, with annual profit‑sharing contributions on top
