About the RoleAs a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll design, develop, and maintain software solutions that power eCommerce and warehouse logistics.
Location:
Monroe, WA (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
- Design and implement software features with an emphasis on maintainability and performance.
- Break down projects into deliverables and estimate timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with peers through design reviews, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.
- Apply coding best practices, testing standards, and solid documentation.
- Respond to production issues with sound judgment and ownership.
- Contribute to the long-term health of the technical platform.
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Full-stack development background with distributed systems experience.
- Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in one or more languages (Java, C#, Python, or similar).
- For our backend services, we are primarily using PHP with Laravel.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern developer tooling.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and self-management skills.
- AI/ML exposure or interest in tools like Copilot or Cursor.
- Security knowledge (OWASP).
