Inventory Supervisor - Night Shift Pay: $31.25 - $40.87/hour

Schedule:

Sunday 9:45pm - 4:15am, Monday to Thursday 7:15pm - 4:15am (must have flexibility to train on first shift for several weeks)

What You'll Do

Plan and manage efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to support production and operational goals

Develop, maintain, and analyze warehouse performance reports and KPIs
Order warehouse supplies and manage warehouse invoice processing
Prepare warehouse operations for internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards is maintained
Train, certify, and monitor Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operators; ensure certifications remain current and compliant
Promote a culture of professionalism, operational excellence, safety, and accountability while driving results for the team

What Helps You Succeed

3-5 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and/or supply chain
1-2 years' experience leading a successful team
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts (course completion and/or certification preferred)
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communication in the English language, both written and verbal
Forklift certification is an asset
