Responsibilities
  • Foster a customer-first culture that emphasizes responsiveness, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Oversee the administration and processing of warranty claims from initiation through resolution.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and management of warranty and service records.
  • Coordinate service scheduling and repair activities with internal service teams and external service partners.
  • Analyze customer feedback, warranty trends, service data, and product quality concerns to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Quality, Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Service teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, warranty administration, service operations, or a related field.
  • Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
  • Strong customer relationship management and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Warranty processing experience.
  • Service writing or service coordination experience.
