Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Gastroenterology

At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. SSM Health Digestive Health | Monroe, WI | SSM Health is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE) Gastroenterology Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our team!

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA or NP licensure in Wisconsin
• Ability to obtain DEA licensure in Wisconsin

• Outpatient clinic setting
  - embedded within hospital campus with potential for some inpatient consults
• State-of-the-art facility!

  • 4-day work week
  • Flexibility in schedule:
    Monday-Friday, clinic hours
  • Potential for outreach
  • Anticipate 10-12 patients per day in the clinic and 1-2 patients per day in the hospital
  • NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
  • Great physician support and collaboration with providers in primary care and specialties
• Ability to practice autonomously
• Patient-focused support staff
