We are seeking an Applications Support Technician to support third‑party software applications that power our warehouse, fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics operations. In this role, you will work in a collaborative, Agile environment to troubleshoot issues, support end users, and ensure system reliability. You will serve as a key liaison between operations, IT, and external vendors—investigating incidents, resolving issues, and contributing to system improvements.
Responsibilities also include supporting system testing, upgrades, and performance optimization. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics platforms such as Infios (High Jump), e2open (Blu Jay/Kewill), Datex, or Acumatica is highly valued. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
This is an on‑site role in Monroe, WI (Monday–Friday), with up to 15 work‑from‑home days per year and may include occasional after‑hours or on‑call support.
Qualifications- At least an associate degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of related business experience
- A High-level of Structured Query Language (SQL) knowledge
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred
- You’ll also need to be a team player with strong technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning
- Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours as needed, as this position requires on‑call availability as scheduled
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
