Residential Property Maintenance Technician
Residential Maintenance Technician
Must have experience of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, janitorial, painting, snow removal, flooring, wall repair, and groundskeeping. Must work well with people and be attentive.
Full time benefits package, wage based on experience. Day shift Monday through Friday/ On‑call status for building emergencies. Must live in or near Monroe.
