As the Assistant Janitorial Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring that every corner of our facilities reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Imparting BBP cleanup practices and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all.
- Overseeing the replenishment and maintenance of supplies in breakrooms and restrooms
- Orchestrating the thorough cleaning of buildings during second shift, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from trash disposal to mopping and beyond.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies and equipment proactively to maintain seamless operations.
- Upholding our rigorous safety standards and ensuring the smooth operation of all cleaning equipment.
- Conducting monthly evaluations with the department manager to continuously enhance our janitorial processes.

- High school diploma or equivalent, or two years of pertinent experience
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Availability to work second shift
- Experience in leading and training teams
- Solid communication skills
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
