Position Title: Helper - Kitter

Wage: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 4:30am-3:00pm

Join a dynamic team in the automotive industry as a Helper, where you'll contribute to smooth warehouse operations and material handling. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment while practicing safe and efficient work habits.

This is a 1st shift position in Monroe, WI with the opportunity for hire.

• Peel protective plastic off incoming materials.
• Operate crane to lift products (after training).
• Use pallet jacks to move materials throughout production and warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Prepare work areas for new materials.
• Hang parts in the powder coating area.
• Assist delivery drivers with locating, picking, packing, and building kits for other departments.
• Communicate effectively with team leads, parts coordinators, and purchasing staff regarding any issues.
• Support team with various tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

• Ability to stand for entire shift, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally and between 10-20 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write basic correspondence, and communicate effectively with co‑workers.
• Able to work in different climate conditions throughout shifts.
• On‑site work environment in the automotive industry.
• Mandatory 40‑hour workweek.
• Job duration is approximately 2 months, with potential for ongoing work based on performance.
• No prior experience required, suitable for entry‑level candidates.
