Read work orders or follow oral instructions to identify materials or containers to be moved;
Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand;
Operate forklifts and electric hoists (once trained and certified) to assist in moving materials;
Secure loads with strapping, padding, or bracing to prevent shifting during transit;
Count, weigh and record number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet
