Qps Employment Group has a great Form Washer position available at a company in Monroe, WI. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, ensuring production equipment is sanitized and ready for use. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and quality. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

• Operate cleaning equipment to thoroughly wash and sanitize molds, forms, and other production components.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and materials in designated areas.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols, including chemical handling and PPE use.
• Inspect equipment and forms for cleanliness and proper condition after cleaning.
• Communicate any safety or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Adhere to facility color coding and GMP standards during cleaning processes.
• Assist with additional cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, including PPE usage and chemical handling practices.

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks. Capable of lifting and handling items weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently. Quick and efficient with hands-on operation of cleaning tools and equipment, including pushing, pulling, and twisting motions. Strong attention to detail with good organizational and communication skills. Able to follow instructions diligently to maintain consistent cleaning standards. Manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for routine cleaning functions.
