Position: Production Operator – AM’s

Production Operator

Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join their team as Production Operator on the AM Shift. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in receiving, testing, processing, and load-out of products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities of the Production Operator
  • Retrieve samples from trucks delivering products to the intake bays.
  • Unload and perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) on all tanker trucks to meet WDA standards.
  • Perform pH, temperature, and peroxide tests on incoming whey loads and accurately record results.
  • Properly document and record all tanker truck CIP washes.
  • Monitor CIP concentrations and maintain wash tanks on truck CIP systems.
  • Complete receiving and discharge line set-up and CIP activities as needed.
  • Perform finished product load-out activities.
  • Complete and properly document daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly preventative maintenance requirements as assigned.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and instructions as directed by the Plant Manager.
  • Promote safety by participating in inspections, audits, and regular training while applying safe work practices in every task performed.
  • Be trained and capable of using fall protection PPE, including harnesses, lanyards, and fall arrest equipment.
Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior cheese or food manufacturing experience of at least 2–3 years required.
  • Previous machine operator experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude required.
  • Ability to tolerate varying smells commonly found in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Pay for Production Operator

Starting at $20.00.

Schedule:

2 on, 2 off, 3 on rotating schedule from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
