Production Operator
Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join their team as Production Operator on the AM Shift. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in receiving, testing, processing, and load-out of products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.
Responsibilities of the Production Operator- Retrieve samples from trucks delivering products to the intake bays.
- Unload and perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) on all tanker trucks to meet WDA standards.
- Perform pH, temperature, and peroxide tests on incoming whey loads and accurately record results.
- Properly document and record all tanker truck CIP washes.
- Monitor CIP concentrations and maintain wash tanks on truck CIP systems.
- Complete receiving and discharge line set-up and CIP activities as needed.
- Perform finished product load-out activities.
- Complete and properly document daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly preventative maintenance requirements as assigned.
- Follow standard operating procedures and instructions as directed by the Plant Manager.
- Promote safety by participating in inspections, audits, and regular training while applying safe work practices in every task performed.
- Be trained and capable of using fall protection PPE, including harnesses, lanyards, and fall arrest equipment.
- Prior cheese or food manufacturing experience of at least 2–3 years required.
- Previous machine operator experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude required.
- Ability to tolerate varying smells commonly found in a food manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Schedule:
2 on, 2 off, 3 on rotating schedule from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
