RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Bindery Operator 1 for the Monroe, WI facility on 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am). Starting pay is $20.15 per hour with an additional $3 per hour shift differential. You will set up, adjust and operate bindery equipment, monitor production, and ensure quality across shifts.
The role requires familiarity with various paper types, basic math for dimensional requirements, and ability to work with a range of bindery machines and tools. Overtime and benefits are included.
