Sabrosura Foods, LLC is seeking a Line Lead/Team Lead for the 3rd shift (Mon-Thu, 7:30pm–6am) in Monroe, WI. You will operate packaging equipment, lead the packaging team, and support day-to-day performance while upholding food safety, quality, sanitation, and employee safety standards.
You will direct Operators, Line Haulers, Cutters, and General Labor staff, promote teamwork, and resolve production issues across the shift. OT may be required.
