Material Handler 3rd Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Review job traveler to determine items to be transferred to and from production.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment with proper identification as directed.
- Operate forklift to move product as assigned.
- Label information on boxes or skids as directed.
- Loads and operates auxiliary equipment as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language
Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, talk, or hear, and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
