Retrieve samples from trucks delivering products to the intake bays.;
Unload and perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) on all tanker trucks to meet WDA standards.;
Perform pH, temperature, and peroxide tests on incoming whey loads and accurately record results.;
Properly document and record all tanker truck CIP washes.;
Monitor CIP concentrations and maintain wash tanks on truck CIP systems.
