This position involves operating the crane and cheese cutter for packaging including understanding packaging including loading,labeling,bagging,weighing,boxing,palletizing,cuttingandsomebasicsanitation.

This position requires strict adherence to GMP, sanitation, safety, timekeeping and personal conduct rules.

• Utilizecranesystemincludingsetup,hand controls,movingofforms,proper loading/unloadingofforms while monitoring cables to prevent twisting and pinching
• Setupanduseof Grinder and Cutterincludingcarriage /harp/basketalongwithknowledgeofdaily schedule; proper insertion of product and forms as needed
• Cheeserecoveryincludingscrapingbottomofpalletsandpansforbrownprocesstubs
• Knowledgeofcolorcodesystemusedforprocessingcheeseincludingcheesetypespecificsforproduction
• StrictadherencetoGMPs;

• Strictadherenceto Safety/PPEprotocolsandprocedures;reportingunsafeconditionstoplant management

  Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Fast-paced clean environment; frequently cool, wet, and moderate noise along with working with chemicals
