What You’ll Do
As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you’ll be responsible for driving customer growth through digital advertising. This role focuses on acquiring new customers while also engaging existing buyers through targeted paid media campaigns. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across channels like paid search, paid social, display, CTV, and emerging platforms. You’ll be responsible for:
- Planning, building, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels including Google, Meta, Display, CTV, and
- Focus primarily on new customer acquisition, using segmentation, lookalike audiences, and performance testing to identify and grow high-value audiences.
- Develop and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage existing buyers and increase customer lifetime value.
- Continuously optimize campaigns toward key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Partner with Web Designers and Brand Strategist to ensure consistent creative, messaging, and targeting across channels.
We need a motivated professional with a proven track record of driving results through innovative digital marketing strategies. Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ experience developing and executing digital marketing programs, preferably within the eCommerce sector, and have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or related discipline. In addition, we are looking for:
- Proficiency with digital advertisement platforms
- Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within specified timelines
