Registered Nurse - Float

Seeking a registered nurse for night shifts, providing direct patient care in a critical care, emergency, or labor and delivery setting.

• Applying medical-surgical nursing standards to enhance patient care and quality of life.
• Establishing effective relationships with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans.
• Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Considering physical, cultural, social, economic, and spiritual factors in care management.
• Collaborating with interprofessional teams and advocating for patient needs.
• Educating patients and families on health promotion and comfort measures.
• Mentoring colleagues and promoting a healthy work environment.
• Applying evidence-based practices in medical-surgical nursing.
• Performing point-of-care testing and other assigned duties.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• One to two years of nursing experience, preferably in critical care or emergency settings.
• Valid RN license and BLS certification in applicable states.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform required tasks.

• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Ability to deliver culturally sensitive, ethical, and holistic care.
• Proficiency in using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.
