Tru Home is seeking driven Appointment Setters to help connect homeowners with our expert team by scheduling consultations and generating qualified leads.
What You'll Be Doing- Contact potential customers and generate interest
- Schedule FREE in-home consultations
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with prospects to maximize appointments
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Positive, persistent, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay organized and focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
$15/hr base pay +
UNCAPPED bonuses & commissions
High earning potential based on performance
