Ace Hardware - - Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and guidance to customers following the store's sales process to generate sales.;
Maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements and incorporate into service.;
Assist in training and development of peers and participate in daily huddle meetings.;
Aid customers in locating merchandise in-store and online, process special orders, and explain policies.;
Solicit customers to open Ace Rewards card and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
