Position

This position will be responsible for servicing vehicles and equipment as well as providing training for operators at our customer’s locations. Although our company is based in Wisconsin, this position can travel to customer sites for repairs, troubleshooting, or installation and will cover a territory primarily in the Northern portion of the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Performing repair work on customer equipment as specified by service repair orders. Including all aspects of equipment (iron work, electrical repair, hydraulics, and general upfitting).
  • Installing new or modified equipment in on‑site repair facility or at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
  • Assisting in the training of new operators at customer sites.
  • Providing technical assistance to help troubleshoot, repair and adjust equipment. This can be by phone, video, or on‑site with customer.
  • Evaluating field installations and recommending design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
  • Attending trade shows which may include assembling and disassembling equipment.
Qualifications
  • Solid mechanical aptitude relating to HD municipal snow removal equipment and EV chassis mounted sweepers and cleaners. Including welding, electrical, and hydraulics proficiency as well as high voltage certification and ability to understand and work around EV chassis.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25% annually) throughout the United States– especially during snow season.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet time deadlines.
