Licensed Electrician
Our client is seeking a skilled Electrician to install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems supporting lighting, climate control, security, communications, and machine operations within industrial and commercial environments. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable facility and equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, diagram, install, and repair electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment such as switches, relays, and circuit breaker panels
- Measure, cut, bend, assemble, and install conduit; pull and connect wire to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, and other components
- Test circuit continuity and ensure system compatibility using instruments such as ohmmeters, ammeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and meggers
- Assemble, install, and wire electrical systems for heating, lighting, power, refrigeration, and communication equipment
- Use a variety of hand and power tools including conduit benders, wire strippers, drills, and saws
- Adhere to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and company safety standards to protect people, equipment, and property
- Education: HSD/GED AND WI Electricians License REQUIRED
- Experience: 5+ years of industrial experience in commercial or industrial environments REQUIRED
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of NEC, Comm 16, & NECA Standards LOTO, HAZMAT, ESD, & ARC Flash procedures
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; strong color vision, manual dexterity, physical fitness REQUIRED
- Travel: Up to 150 miles around Monroe, WI, flexibility to stay overnight as needed

Pay:
Starting at $41.00/hour (flexible based on experience)
Type:
Full-time, 1st Shift, On-site, Occasional travel
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Hours may vary depending on job site. Occasional on-call responsibility.
