Senior A&P Mechanic

Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior A&P Mechanic to joinour maintenance team in Monroeville, AL. This role is essential to ensuring thesafety, reliability, and performance of our light aircraft fleet. Monroeville, AL. Schedule Full-time 7 & 7. Candidates must live within a one-hour drive orsixty (60) miles from the base (whichever is greater) of the candidate'sresidence. Travel between bases is required

Compensation and Benefits: Sign-OnBonus:

Key Responsibilities:

• Performscheduled and unscheduled maintenance on light aircraft to ensure airworthinessand compliance with FAA regulations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and avionics issues, including sheet metal repair andavionics troubleshooting/repair.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation as required by the FAA andcompany policies.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to minimize downtime and optimizeaircraft performance.
• Travel between bases
• Perform maintenance tasks during night shifts as dictated by operational requirements.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Atleast 2 years of experience as a certified mechanic performing maintenance onlight aircraft.
• Basiccommunication and computer skills.
• Experience in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting/repair is highly desirable.
• Mustbe able to pass a pre-placement physical exam, including a functional capacityexam (strength and flexibility assessment, lifting up to 100 pounds), drugscreening, and background check.
