Englewood Health Care Center is currently seeking an experienced Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator to lead our long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Monroeville, Alabama.

The ideal candidate will be an Alabama Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with demonstrated success in facility operations, regulatory compliance, survey performance, census development, employee leadership, and financial management.

• Current Alabama Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
• Previous experience successfully managing a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing skilled nursing and long-term care
• Demonstrated experience with regulatory surveys and compliance
• Proven ability to manage facility operations and achieve financial goals
• Experience with census development and growth
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively lead and develop department managers and facility staff
• Commitment to resident-centered care and exceptional customer service
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented leadership style

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the daily operations of the facility
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
• Promote and maintain a high standard of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
• Lead and support department managers and employees while promoting teamwork and accountability
• Oversee staffing, employee engagement, retention, and facility culture
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, expenses, and operational goals
• Develop strategies to support census growth and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and the local community
• Ensure facility readiness for regulatory surveys and oversee corrective action plans when necessary
• Work closely with clinical leadership to maintain quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians, community partners, and other stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement strategies to strengthen overall facility performance
