- Job Type: Full-time, salaried
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime office hours with flexibility based on business needs
- Location & Reporting: Fully on-site in Monroeville, PA, reporting to the Operations Manager (this position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work)
- Travel: Minimal travel (approximately 1-2 trips per year) to our Alpharetta, GA facility

As a Production Scheduler, you will:
- Develop, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand, material availability, labor capacity, and manufacturing priorities
- Utilize the company's ERP system throughout the day to review job orders, production status, material availability, and schedule progress
- Monitor hundreds of active production orders simultaneously, ensuring projects remain on schedule and communicating updates as priorities change
Review upcoming work orders and evaluate production capacity to support efficient workflow and maximize shop throughput - Coordinate closely with Purchasing to monitor supplier lead times, identify material shortages, and expedite critical components when needed
- Communicate regularly with Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Quality, and Production teams to ensure projects are ready to move through each phase of manufacturing
- Lead production schedule discussions during recurring operations meetings, providing updates on critical jobs, expedited orders, and production timelines
- Analyze production schedules, workflow, and historical performance to identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Prepare production reports and provide schedule updates to Operations leadership
- Maintain accurate production planning data and ensure ERP information reflects current manufacturing status
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, operations coordination, supply chain, logistics, or a related manufacturing environment
- Experience working within an ERP or MRP system in a manufacturing setting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while managing changing production demands and deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Experience reviewing Bills of Material (BOMs) or manufacturing documentation is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
- Experience supporting custom manufacturing, industrial automation, electrical equipment, or other project-based manufacturing environments
- Experience analyzing production data and recommending process improvements
- Recent graduates with a relevant bachelor's degree and internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain are also encouraged to apply
