Full-Time Retail Sales. Immediate hire with paid training.

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and employees.
• Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs & suggest products.
• Advise customers with product & service information.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional, presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet monthly/weekly sales quotas.
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Base salary plus uncapped commission.
• Average weekly earnings expected between $800 and $1,000.
• Paid training course.
• Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
• Base pay raise every six months.
