Automated Assembly Process Technician

Responsibilities:

* Assist in developing, monitoring and improving automated assembly processes

* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery

* Create programs for Pick and Place machinery and AOI, order SMT stencils, develop and operate reflow profiles

* Create and maintain process documentation

* Guide and assist machine operators in building products

Requirements:

* 2-year Associates degree, preferably in a technical field

* 2+ years direct experience as a PCBA Surface Mount Process Technician/ Manufacturing Technician

* Or 5+ years' experience in PCBA Automated Assembly Operations

* Good hand eye coordination and good visual acuity required

* Must pay very close attention to detail

* Able to work independently
