We are looking for a Medicare Center Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations at our Medicare Center. This position will be Full-Time and Onsite in Monroeville, PA.
What You'll Do- Welcome customers into the Medicare Center and point them in the right direction to meet their needs
- Coordinate sales consultation meetings
- Maintain friendly and welcoming environment within the centers
- Work closely with the Medicare Center manager to ensure smooth operations and provide daily reports back to corporate office
- Greet and assist customers coming to the Medicare Center for sales or support
- Connect customers with the appropriate organizational resource if they are not there for Medicare sales
- Create customer accounts and enter information in the CRM system
- Set realistic expectations for wait times and alternate options available to the customer
- Maintain proper stock of sales collateral, refreshments, and other supplies at the assigned Medicare Center
Required:

- Enjoy a collaborative environment with management support
- Ability to attend the following paid training programs:
Corporate orientation, online and classroom training related to our sales process/site operations, and job shadowing - Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
- Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc

$15-$19 per hour
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
