** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

+ Monitor access points and manage visitor check-in and/or badge verification as directed by site policy, helping to control entry to restricted areas while supporting a professional, welcoming environment.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical facility emergency codes, de-escalation support, and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter, watching for suspicious activity, unsecured doors, hazards, and policy concerns; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

+ Document incidents, observations, and daily activity in written reports and electronic systems, helping maintain accurate records while supporting privacy and confidentiality requirements.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
