Position: Subcontract Window Installation Crew - Monroeville/Pittsburgh, PA
Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are looking for experienced window and door Subcontracting Installation Crews to partner with!

PURPOSE:

Renewal by Andersen window and door subcontracting partners are masters at their craft and provide superior service to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Ensures work sites are set up

* Performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal

* Performs work site tear down and clean-up of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen's guidelines

* Work with integrity and provide world-class customer service to Renewal by Andersen's customers

Requirements

* A minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience

* Carpentry experience

* Self-motivation and results orientation

* A strong focus on customer service

* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check

* Ownership of your own truck, trailer and tools

* Possess a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate

* Provide Certificate insurance with the following requirements:
* - General Liability - $1

Million Each Occurrence
* - Automobile Liability - $1

Million Combined Single Limit
* - Worker's Compensation -- $1 Million Policy Limit
