Coordinate Daily Workflow Assign tasks, organize crews, and keep projects on schedule;
Interpret Blueprints Plan installation sequences and ensure accurate system layout;
Install & Commission Systems RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, air handlers, ventilation systems;
Enforce Safety & OSHA Standards Maintain a safe, compliant job site
