At Progress City, LLC we believe that people should not be defined by a diagnosis, a label, or a stigma. We've created the Autism Employment Network to address the staggering unemployment rates for adults diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We use a discovery process to create a clear picture of the individual's ability to contribute in the workplace, and match neuro-diverse talent with trained, autism aware employers.

This allows us to create careers, not just jobs.

Program Entry

We work with individuals on the spectrum to find an opportunity that aligns with their interests, abilities, and qualifications. Please use this application process to tell us about your skills, experience and interests. Once completed, we'll reach out to discuss next steps. Depending on the area of interest it may take some time to find the right company to match you with, however the right company match is critical to longstanding and successful engagement.

For those individuals with limited to no prior work experience, we also have work-readiness training opportunities through project-based assignments and a retail confections shop.
