BookkeepingAssist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Record daily transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
Invoice ProcessingProcess and verify invoices from vendors.
Ensure proper coding and documentation before submitting invoices for approval.
Expense ReconciliationReconcile credit card statements and receipts.
Verify and reconcile employee expense reports with receipts and company policies.
Data EntryEnter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
Maintain organized and well-documented records for easy retrieval.
Assist with Financial ReportingSupport the preparation of financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
Provide necessary information and documentation for financial audits.
