Automotive Detail Technician

Job Overview

Automotive Detail Technician – located in Monrovia, CA. Salary $3,000 - $6,000 per month plus commission. The position involves washing vehicles with a pressure washer and automatic washer, cleaning interiors, applying wax and protective sealant, refurbishing headlights, maintaining tool and equipment functionality, inspecting vehicles pre‑delivery and performing additional duties as assigned.

• Wash vehicle using a pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Remove trash from the interior and clean upholstery, carpet, and other surfaces using cleaning agents and applicators.
• Apply wax to the auto body and buff or wipe surfaces to protect and preserve shine.
• Apply protective sealant.
• Refurbish headlights.
• Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization.
• Understand and deliver to specific customer requirements.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly for pre‑delivery.
• Maintain proper functioning of all service tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous detail experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing needs and priorities.
• Positive attitude.
