Collaborate with Category Managers and Senior Category Managers to achieve sales, margin, SKU count and sales dollar/unit minimum targets;
Develop category in product assortment, vendor capabilities and category trends to curate a diverse range of products;
Stay abreast of trends and seasonality within the Dairy industry and monitor commodity costs, supply, and vendor capacity;
Work with Product Developers to diversify Trader Joe's vendor base and maintain strong vendor relations;
Assist with Subcategory Reviews and make recommendations based on category and sales performance;
Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of category plans and support New and Limited items marketing features;
Support the Supply Chain team to achieve fulfillment goals such as fill-rate, TOS and inventory quality
